26th IAMA International Conference

PPL is delighted be represented at the 26th IAMA International Conference, titled ‘Shake It Off’, in Utrecht, The Netherlands on 7-9th April.

The event, organised by International Artist Managers' Association (IAMA), is held in a different country each year and this year is in Utrecht, Netherlands. Bringing together the international classical music community, the conference will address industry developments within classical music such as new technology and economic issues.

Spread over 2 days with over four hundred attendees, the conference offers IAMA members (artist managers) and affiliates (including members of orchestras and those from the festival, PR, travel and publishing sectors) the chance to sit in on sessions, keynote speeches, panel debates and interviews with luminaries from the classical music establishment as well as providing networking opportunities to meet peers from around the globe. PPL’s Classical Repertoire Specialist, Ben Hogwood, will be attending this year to provide a forum both for IAMA and its members to raise queries.

IAMA is the worldwide association for classical music artist managers which supports it members through promoting opportunities for them to meet and striving to raise the professional standards in the music industry.
