BBC Music Introducing LIVE

PPL is supporting BBC Music Introducing LIVE on the 8-10 November 2018.

BBC Music Introducing LIVE is a three day event targeting aspiring musicians and people looking to launch careers in music. Topics covered include live events, A&R and labels, artists, writers, broadcast, and the business of music including management, agents, marketing, PR, legal and finance.

We are joining PRS for Music to present the Get Played, Get Paid! Making Money From Your Music panel every day from 16:45-17:45 in the Boardwalk Room at Tobacco Dock.

Starting and sustaining a career in music can mean a lot of hard work, so understanding your revenue streams is vital for any new artists. Whether it’s money from live performances, or a radio play, or a television sync, or your music being played in public, we’ll be discussing how revenue flows back through to the artist featuring insight from an artist/artists who is/are currently fulfilling the dream, along with practical advice from PRS for Music and PPL experts.

PPL is also taking part in the AIM presents The A&R Feedback Centre supported by Sennheiser for one-on-one sessions. Alongside experts from companies such as BBC Music Introducing, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Deezer, Blackstar London, Defected, Hospital Records, Sony Music, Soundcloud, Facebook and Sentric Music, PPL team members will be on hand to offer personalised advice to take your music to the next level. The AIM presents The A&R Feedback Centre supported by Sennheiser will help new talent develop their work and take the next steps in their careers.
