South East Business Show 2014

Music licensing bodies PPL and PRS for Music will be hosting a stand at the South East Business Show on Friday 24 January.

The South East Business Show is a professional event, bringing together all sectors of business – providing a dynamic platform for businesses to network, make new contacts, share knowledge and learn.

Representatives from both organisations will be on hand raising awareness of music licensing, as well as of the numerous benefits that music can bring to the workplace.

Speaking of the event, PPL’s Business Relationship Manager, Julia Hiles, says: “Whenever we do events such as the South East Business Show, it’s always great to see how many business owners actively approach the stand.

The people we speak to want to find out more about PPL and where the money that they pay for their licence will end up.  It can be reassuring for them that many of the recipients are also small businesses and that PPL does not retain a profit.”

The South East Business Show is free to attend. You can visit the PPL and PRS for Music teams at Stand 17.
