This is the total price, including VAT, of your PPL licence. It must be paid in full. You can see a detailed breakdown (possibly including information for more than one year, tariff or site) of what is included in your PPL licence on the final page of your invoice - please contact us as soon as possible if any information listed is incorrect. If your music needs change over the year, please contact us with your account number.
To pay by cheque, please tear off this section of the invoice and post it to PPL at the address listed above. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card or BACS, please contact us by the telephone or email address listed above.
Please use the contact information on your letter to contact us. These are the direct telephone number and email address for your needs, whether you are new or existing customer. Please note that calls to and from PPL may be recorded for training and policy purposes.
Please quote your invoice number to a PPL customer service agent when paying for an invoice.
Please quote your account number whenever you contact PPL customer services.
