PPL finalists in UK customer experience award

PPL is delighted to announce that its Member Services team is a finalist in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2013, representing the New Product/ Product Improvement category.

Now in their fourth year, the UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate and promote excellence in customer experience across a broad spectrum of industry. Last year’s winners included Abel & Cole, Virgin Money and Warner Brothers Studio Tour London.


The judging panel includes senior representatives and heads of customer care from blue-chip organisations such as Barclays Bank, Which?, RBS, PayPoint and Visa.

The UK Customer Experience Awards will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Central London on Thursday 17th October.
