Mark Kelly to stand for re-election

The fifth PPL Annual Performer Meeting (APM) will be held on Wednesday 23 November at PPL's offices, 1 Upper James Street, W1, London.

Under PPL's Articles of Association, each year one of the Elected Performer Directors must retire from office by rotation and there must be an election for that position. The retiring director may stand for re-election.

This year, current board member and keyboard player in the band Marillion, Mark Kelly, will be standing for re-election on the PPL Performer Board.

There will be addresses from both PPL Chairman and CEO, Fran Nevrkla and PPL Performer Board Chairman, Gerald Newson.
